Mr. Amicizia, a partner of the firm, was admitted to the New York Bar in 1996. He has also been admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the U. S. District Courts for Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.S., 1991) and is a cum laude graduate of St. John's University School of Law (J.D., 1995).

Mr. Amicizia has appeared and successfully argued cases in virtually every court level in New York State, including the New York State's highest court, the New York Court of Appeals.

Mr. Amicizia is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Associations and the Columbian Lawyers Society.
